Our Principal Paul Esteban P. E. is committed to providing high-quality services that meet and exceed clients' expectations. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships based on trust and transparency. We have a proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget. Slab-on-Grade Foundation: Examining for floor cracks, water damage, and other distress on the house.
Raised Foundation: Evaluating the pier post & beams, stem wall and the overall integrity of the foundation.
Provide an Engineering Report: Outlining the findings and recommendations.
Provide a Foundation Certificate: To confirm and certify that repairs are per the engineering report. Prepared by a licensed Engineer.
Foundation Inspection
Design of beam, column & footing in lieu of the bearing wall to be removed.
Inspect & Apply Permit under SB 721 & 326 “Balcony Law”
